Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Regional Manager role based in Kaimganj.

The Regional

Manager will oversee day-to-day operations across the assigned region, including sales performance, customer service, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include managing and mentoring local teams, setting and tracking regional targets, monitoring market trends, and implementing strategies to grow revenue and market share. The role will coordinate with senior leadership to align regional plans with company objectives, ensure compliance with company policies, and maintain high standards of service delivery.





The Regional

Manager will also handle key client relationships, resolve escalated issues, and provide regular reporting and insights on regional performance.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in regional or area management, with responsibility for operations, sales, or business development.
- Strong leadership abilities, including team management, coaching, and performance evaluation.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and basic financial analysis for regional operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to improve regional results.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to prioritize multiple initiatives.
- Comfort working on-site in Kaimganj and traveling within the region as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Experience in a similar industry or multi-location management role is an advantage.
