Role Description This is a full-time, remote Recruiter role focused on target-based hiring, ideally with consultancy or agency experience. The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

Daily responsibilities include using job portals, social media, and networking channels to build talent pipelines; maintaining candidate communication; and updating recruitment trackers or applicant tracking systems.



The role involves meeting defined hiring targets, aligning candidates with client requirements, and ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to understand role specifications, provide regular status updates, and support continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Qualifications

- Strong candidate sourcing and talent acquisition skills, including experience with job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Proficiency in end-to-end recruitment activities, such as screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and coordinating selection processes.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment, preferably with prior consultancy or agency recruitment experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and client stakeholders.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, including maintaining accurate records in ATS or recruitment tracking tools.
- Comfort with work from home, basic digital tools, and collaboration platforms (e.g., email, video conferencing, CRM or ATS systems).
- Understanding of multiple industry domains and job roles; experience in marketing or digital-related hiring is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in recruitment.
