Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is a work-from-home, commission-driven role with a monthly retainer/draw to provide initial stability while you build your desk. Ideal for self-driven recruiters who want unlimited earning potential with a safety net during the ramp-up phase.

What You Will Do (360° Recruitment Cycle) ?

Sourcing & Screening: Identify and attract quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, and networking

Interviewing: Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate fit, skills, experience, and motivation

Client Coordination: Understand client requirements, present shortlisted candidates, and manage feedback loops

Offer Management: Negotiate offers, handle counter-offers, and ensure smooth acceptance.

End-to-End Ownership: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle — from requirement gathering to candidate on-boarding and post-placement follow-up.

Who We Are Looking For?

Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (360°/365° process)

Hands-on experience conducting candidate interviews across mid to senior-level roles

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Fluent in English - Read, Write and Speak.

Work from home — remote position

Immediate joiners preferred.

Self-discipline and the ability to work independently in a remote setup

Strong communication, interviewing , and negotiation skills

Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle autonomously

Existing network or ability to build candidate/client pipelines quickly

Compensation Structure

Monthly Retainer / Draw: INR 25,000 – 30,000 per month. This is a recoverable draw paid monthly to support you while you build your pipeline.

Commission: 10% of billing on every successful closure

Draw Recovery: The monthly retainer is offset against commissions earned. Once your accumulated commissions exceed the draw paid, you receive the full 10% commission on every subsequent closure.

True-Up: If commissions in any month exceed the draw, you are paid the higher amount (commission minus recoverable draw already paid)

Unlimited Earnings: No cap on commissions — your income is directly tied to your closures

Example: If you close a role with AED 50,000 billing, you earn AED 5,000 commission, which is equivalent to INR 130,000.00.
