Recruitment Consultant – Trainee

Location: Perumbavoor, Kerala

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Shift: UK Shift | 12:30 PM – 09:30 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant – Trainee to join our growing team. This role is ideal for freshers who are interested in building a career in recruitment and enjoy communicating with people.

As a Recruitment Consultant Trainee, you will receive training and hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, communication, screening, and recruitment coordination, particularly for UK-based requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify suitable candidates for job vacancies.
- Communicate with candidates through phone, email, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews.
- Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment databases.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Support the recruitment team throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates.




- Ensure timely follow-up and clear communication with candidates.

Requirements
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to work UK shifts.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and valuable interpersonal skills.
