We are hiring Technical & Non-Technical Recruiters to join our HR team in Ahmedabad. We are looking for candidates with good communication skills, confidence, and a passion for recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and the hiring team.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.
- Work towards assigned hiring targets.

Requirements
- 0–3 years of recruitment experience.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and positive personality.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.
- Comfortable working from office in Ahmedabad.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
