We are looking for a highly driven Recruitment Manager who can lead a small recruiting team while remaining deeply hands-on in executing hiring across technical and non-technical functions.

Role Summary The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment operations, partnering with business leaders on workforce planning, translating ramp plans into hiring strategies, and ensuring timely fulfillment of hiring needs across multiple functions. This individual should have prior success as an individual recruiter and possess strong people management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Leadership

- Lead and mentor a small team of recruiters and coordinators.
- Drive accountability, productivity, and hiring performance across the recruitment team.
- Establish recruiting best practices, processes, and hiring governance.

Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across mid-level and leadership hiring.
- Support hiring across functions including Engineering, Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, and Corporate roles.
- Source, assess, and manage high-quality candidate pipelines through multiple channels.

Workforce Planning & Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring plans, growth forecasts, and workforce requirements.
- Translate business ramp plans into actionable recruitment strategies.
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers and provide market insights, talent intelligence, and hiring recommendations.
- Build strong relationships with leadership teams across portfolio organizations.

Recruitment Operations
- Monitor hiring SLAs, time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and recruitment funnel metrics.




- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and documentation standards.
- Optimize ATS utilization, reporting, candidate tracking, and recruitment analytics.
- Drive continuous improvement in candidate experience and hiring efficiency.

US Hiring
- Demonstrate robust understanding of the U.S. talent market, recruiting landscape, and candidate expectations.
- Manage hiring processes aligned to U.S. time zones and stakeholder requirements.
- Support hiring for remote, hybrid, and onsite roles across the U.S.

Required Qualifications
- 8-12 years of recruitment experience, including experience as an individual contributor recruiter.
- Proven experience managing a small recruitment team.
- Strong background in both technical and non-technical hiring.
- Experience supporting high-growth environments with aggressive hiring targets.
- Strong understanding of workforce planning, hiring forecasts, and ramp plans.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment reporting.
- Experience managing recruitment SLAs, hiring metrics, and stakeholder expectations.
- Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of U.S. hiring practices and talent markets.
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining execution-focused.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hiring for technology-enabled services, SaaS, Managed Services, or high-growth organizations.
- Experience recruiting across India and the United States.
- Familiarity with modern sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent intelligence platforms, and recruitment analytics.
