Qualification: Graduate / MBA in HR preferred

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the organization in hiring the right talent across different functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to joining.
- Understand manpower requirements and prepare/coordinate job descriptions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Follow up with selected candidates regarding documentation and joining.
- Handle offer negotiation and joining formalities.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements.




- Coordinate with department heads for recruitment requirements.
- Prepare regular recruitment MIS/reports and track hiring status.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong coordination and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Candidate:

Candidate should be self-driven, confident, and capable of independently handling recruitment activities.

Salary: As per experience and interview performance.
