✅ Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates.

✅ Build strong relationships with candidates.

✅ Coordinate with clients and hiring managers.

✅ Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely follow-ups.

✅ Work towards recruitment targets and deliver quality submissions.
