Salary: 15,000 – 25,000 per month

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Freshers to join our Recruitment Team for bulk hiring of Field Sales candidates.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring candidate joining for multiple Field Sales requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle bulk hiring for Field Sales / BDE / Sales Executive positions
- Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, referrals, social media and databases
- Conduct telephonic screening and shortlist suitable candidates
- Explain job roles, salary, incentives, targets and field-work requirements
- Coordinate candidate interviews with the hiring team




- Follow up with candidates from interview to offer and joining
- Ensure maximum offer-to-joining conversion
- Maintain daily recruitment trackers and hiring MIS
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly hiring targets

Candidate Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Any Graduate
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and follow-up skills
- Comfortable with high-volume calling
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Good command of Hindi and English
- Willingness to work in a quick-paced recruitment environment
- Prior recruitment experience is not mandatory
