Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and frontline positions. (Housekeeping boys)

- Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, recruitment vendors, WhatsApp groups, social media, local networks, job fairs, and walk-ins.

- Conduct high-volume calling, screening, and initial interviews.

- Understand manpower requirements from site/business teams and close positions within agreed timelines.

- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for urgent and recurring requirements.

- Coordinate candidate documentation, background verification, medical checks, and joining formalities.

- Coordinate candidate mobilization from different locations when required.

- Maintain daily recruitment trackers and provide MIS/recruitment reports.

- Coordinate with site HR, operations teams, and hiring managers for manpower deployment.

- Build and maintain relationships with local recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers.

- Conduct recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and local sourcing activities.

- Ensure candidates meet job, experience, age, documentation, and other organizational requirements.





- Support new-site mobilization and bulk manpower deployment.

- Maintain proper recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Daily/weekly candidate sourcing and interview targets

- Positions closed within agreed TAT

Required Skills

- Strong candidate sourcing and networking skills

- Excellent communication and convincing ability

- High-volume recruitment experience

- Good knowledge of local labour markets

- Candidate follow-up and mobilization skills

- Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment MIS

- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously

- Good coordination with operations and site teams

Preferred candidate profile

- 13 years of experience in blue-collar/frontline recruitment preferred.

- Experience in facility management, housekeeping, security, hospitality, manufacturing, retail, logistics, or manpower staffing will be an advantage.

- Freshers with solid communication and sourcing skills may be considered for junior positions.
