- Source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess suitability.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

- Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding/joining.

- Maintain and regularly update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future requirements.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.

- Coordinate offer rollouts, documentation, background verification, and joining formalities.

- Work closely with management and department heads to understand hiring requirements.

- Track recruitment targets, interview schedules, offers, and joining status.

- Assist in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.





- Ensure timely closure of open positions as per business requirements.

Desired profile of the candidate

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good understanding of recruitment and candidate sourcing techniques.

- Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other sourcing channels.

- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.

- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace and recruitment trackers.

Education

- Graduate in any discipline; HR/MBA/PGDM preferred.

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, or a related field.

- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
