About the Role

We're looking for a Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for our team. This role isn't limited to any specific industry background what matters most is strong communication and the ability to engage candidates effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates

- Post and manage job openings across relevant job portals

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements

- Conduct initial telephonic/video screening calls

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and stakeholders

- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS in Excel/Google Sheets

- Follow up with candidates through offer and joining stages

- Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future roles

What We're Looking For

- 1 2 years of recruitment experience

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

- Working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets

- Comfortable using AI tools to support sourcing/screening

- Self-motivated with robust follow-up discipline.
