About the role

Join Expert Resourcing as a Recruiter in our Gurugram talent acquisition team. You will source, screen and coordinate candidates for client roles across manufacturing, engineering, technology and other sectors. This is a hybrid role combining office and work-from-home days.

What you will do

- Understand each role's skills, experience, location and salary range.
- Source suitable candidates through Naukri.com, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews.
- Shortlist and share suitable profiles with clients and the internal hiring team.
- Coordinate interviews and keep candidates informed throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and follow-ups in Excel or the applicant tracking system.
- Support offer discussions, joining coordination and basic onboarding.
- Build talent pipelines for recurring client requirements.

You may be a good fit if you
- Have up to 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing or human resources.
- Are a fresh graduate with a relevant recruitment internship and solid communication skills.
- Understand candidate sourcing,



resume screening and interview coordination.
- Can use Naukri.com and LinkedIn for recruitment.
- Communicate clearly in English and Hindi.
- Are comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, WhatsApp and video calls.
- Can work in a hybrid model from our Gurugram office.

Preferred experience
- Volume or bulk hiring.
- Work with a staffing firm or recruitment agency.
- Applicant tracking systems or candidate tracking sheets.
- Manufacturing, engineering or industrial recruitment.

- Salary: ₹2,50,000–₹4,50,000 per year, based on experience and performance

Education A graduate qualification in any discipline is preferred. Human resources, management, BBA or MBA education is an advantage but not required. Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
