Position: Recruiter – Non Sales hiring (Off roll)

Department: Human Resources

Location: Goregaon (East), Mumbai / Hybrid

Experience: 3 years + in recruitment for hiring in non sales / entry to mid level position

Education: Graduate

Role Objective To do sourcing, screening, and coordinating hiring for assigned roles, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and adherence to defined hiring processes and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

- Source resumes through job portals, social media and internal databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to assess fitment
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback closure

Stakeholder & Candidate Management

- Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain regular communication with hiring managers on hiring progress and requirements.




- Ensure a smooth and skilled onboarding experience for selected candidates.

Continuous Support

- Participate in HR projects related to talent acquisition effectiveness and process improvement.

- Stakeholder coordination and follow-up skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and ATS/Recruitment portals
