Job Responsibilities

- Greet and assist patients and visitors professionally and courteously.
- Manage front-desk operations, patient registration, and appointment scheduling.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and patient queries.
- Coordinate appointments with doctors, embryologists, nurses, and other clinical staff.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
- Explain basic clinic procedures, consultation timings, and required documents to patients.
- Coordinate follow-up appointments, scans, procedures, and treatment schedules as directed by the clinical team.
- Manage billing/payment coordination and issue receipts where applicable.
- Maintain daily appointment lists and coordinate patient flow to minimize waiting time.
- Handle patient concerns politely and escalate medical or sensitive queries to the appropriate staff.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.




- Support administrative tasks and prepare daily reports as required.

Preferred Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good English and local-language communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office/clinic management software.
- Good telephone etiquette and patient-handling skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and deal sensitively with fertility patients.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Pleasant personality, patience, and a qualified attitude.

Qualification Any graduate / diploma in hospital administration, healthcare, or a related field preferred.
