We are looking for a polite, presentable, and dependable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. If you have good communication skills and a caring attitude, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome patients, visitors, and doctors with a friendly and professional approach.
- Handle incoming calls, appointments, and patient inquiries.
- Maintain front-desk records, assist with basic billing, and coordinate with hospital staff.
- Guide patients regarding doctors’ availability, departments, and hospital services.
- Keep the reception area organized and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Requirements:
- Any Graduate or equivalent.
- Prior experience in hospital, clinic, or customer service preferred.
- Valuable communication skills in local language and English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Freshers with the right attitude may also apply.
