Gym Receptionist / Front Desk Executive

Experience

- Fresher to 1 year experience
- Candidates with previous gym/fitness industry experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and a positive attitude are welcome.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet members and visitors professionally.
- Handle the gym's front desk and reception area.
- Manage member check-ins and attendance.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and general enquiries.
- Explain gym memberships, packages, offers, and basic facilities to potential members.
- Handle membership registrations, renewals, and follow-ups.
- Maintain member records and basic front-desk documentation.
- Coordinate with trainers and management regarding member requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Assist in handling customer complaints and resolve basic queries politely.
- Follow up with leads and prospective members when required.
- Support the team in achieving membership and customer-service targets.
- Ensure gym rules and front-desk procedures are followed.

Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, and skilled personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / computer operations.




- Ability to handle calls, WhatsApp, and customer enquiries.
- Good customer-service skills.
- Basic sales and follow-up ability.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Punctual, responsible, and well-groomed.
- Interest in fitness and gym culture is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate
- Fresher or 0–1 year experience.
- Experience in a gym, fitness centre, hotel, salon, or customer-service role is an advantage.
- Candidates who are comfortable with sales, membership follow-ups, and customer interaction will be preferred.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
