About the Role

Body Wave Health & Fitness Centre is looking for an energetic, organised, creative, and result-oriented Receptionist & Data Entry Executive to manage front desk operations, client records, and social media content.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist clients and visitors professionally.
- Handle calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and customer enquiries.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain client records.
- Support daily administrative and front office operations.
- Coordinate with trainers and other staff.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of gym activities, transformations, and events.
- Assist with basic video editing and social media content creation.

Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable computer knowledge, including MS Office, email, and data entry.




- Knowledge of smartphone photography and videography.
- Basic photo and video editing skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive, energetic, creative, and result-oriented attitude.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or data entry.
- Experience in social media content creation.
- CPR or First Aid certification will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
