HSI Realty Private Limited (HomeseekersIndia) is a real estate sales and advisory firm helping homebuyers and investors find the right property across Navi Mumbai and Thane. We're expanding our sales team and looking for driven individuals who enjoy meeting people and closing deals.

Role Overview

As a Real Estate Sales Advisor, you'll be the primary point of contact for prospective buyers — understanding their requirements, showing them relevant properties, and guiding them through to closure. This is a target-driven, client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships and hitting numbers.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, site visits, and walk-ins
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential/commercial properties
- Conduct site visits and property tours for prospective buyers
- Negotiate terms and close sales to meet monthly targets




- Maintain and update the CRM with lead status and follow-ups
- Build long-term relationships for repeat and referral business
- Stay current on local property inventory, pricing trends, and the Thane/Navi Mumbai market

What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English + Hindi/Marathi)
- Willingness to travel locally for site visits (own two-wheeler preferred)
- Strong negotiation and persuasion ability
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with a field-sales role
- Prior experience in real estate, BFSI, or direct sales is a plus, but not mandatory
- Good knowledge of the Thane/Navi Mumbai locality is an advantage
