About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling prospective clients, conducting site visits, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle leads generated through digital marketing, referrals, calls, and other channels.
- Understand clients' property requirements, budget, and preferences.
- Communicate with prospective buyers and provide detailed information about properties.
- Schedule and conduct site visits with interested clients.
- Follow up regularly with leads and potential customers.
- Explain property specifications, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Negotiate with customers and assist in closing deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain lead and customer information in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams and channel partners for smooth deal closure.
- Stay updated on real estate projects, market trends,



and competitor offerings.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a similar target-based sales role.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to generate and convert leads.
- Customer-focused and professional approach.
- Comfortable with field visits and site meetings.
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM.
- Should be target-oriented and motivated to earn performance-based incentives.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in residential property sales, commercial property sales, property consulting, or real estate brokerage will be preferred.
