About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead residential real estate sales across the Chembur–Mulund micro-market.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the local property market, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to generate and convert high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive residential real estate sales across Chembur - Mulund
- Manage leads generated through various channels
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations and site visits
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects
- Negotiate and close property transactions
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Track sales pipeline, follow-ups and conversions
- Stay updated on pricing, inventory and market trends
- Coordinate with developers and internal sales teams

Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales




- Strong knowledge of Central Mumbai / Chembur–Mulund market
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong client-handling and closing abilities
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and professionally presentable
- Candidates with experience in developer sales, mandate sales or premium residential projects will be preferred
