Key Responsibilities
- Manage fund accounting and reporting for Real Estate Investment Funds / Real Estate Funds.
- Perform NAV calculation, capital activity, investor allocations, accruals and investment accounting.
- Handle property-level accounting, fund consolidation, intercompany accounting and financial reporting.
- Prepare/review monthly & quarterly financial statements, investor reports and fund schedules.
- Work extensively on Yardi or Investran for fund accounting, investment data and reporting activities.
