Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Closing Manager to manage and oversee the end-to-end property closing process for residential/commercial real estate projects. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth and timely closure of sales, documentation, agreement execution, registration, payment follow-ups, and coordination with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end property closing process from booking confirmation to agreement, registration, and handover.
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure timely closure of transactions.
- Review customer documentation and ensure compliance with project and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate Agreement for Sale, Sale Deed, registration, stamp duty, and related documentation.
- Follow up with customers for pending documents, payments, and closure formalities.
- Coordinate with banks/financial institutions for home loan and disbursement cases.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, agreements, registrations, collections, and pending closures.




- Monitor the closing pipeline, TATs, pending cases, and payment status and provide regular MIS reports.
- Resolve customer issues related to documentation, payment, registration, and closure.
- Coordinate with legal teams for documentation discrepancies and exceptions.
- Ensure compliance with RERA and applicable real estate regulations.
- Drive closure targets and ensure minimum delays/cancellations.
- Handle escalations and provide regular updates to senior management.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of real estate sales closure and documentation processes.
- Good understanding of Agreement for Sale, Sale Deed, registration, stamp duty, and property documentation.
- Experience in handling home-loan/bank coordination and customer collections.
- Strong coordination, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and closures simultaneously.

Location: Khar West, Mumbai Working Days: Sunday Working, Monday off (6 days working)

Job Time: 10 am - 7 pm

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
