Job Title: Senior Real Estate Sales & Business Development Executive

Location: New Gurugram, Haryana (On-site & Field)

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Real Estate Executive to drive sales and business development across the New Gurugram market. The ideal candidate will combine strong phone-based client engagement with active fieldwork, conducting site visits, sourcing direct listings, and building local industry networks.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Sales & Calling: Perform regular sales calls to prospective property buyers, follow up on inbound leads, qualify client needs, and schedule on-site presentations.
- Property Viewings & Site Visits: Conduct property walk-throughs for residential and commercial spaces across New Gurugram, highlighting project specifications, pricing plans, and sector developments.
- Client Acquisition & Listing Scouting: Spend time in the field to identify new property owners, secure direct seller/lessor listings, and convert prospective leads into active clients.
- Networking & Collaborations:



Build and maintain strong relationships with local channel partners, broker networks, builders, and developers to expand business reach and property inventory.
- Negotiation & Deal Closing: Manage client negotiations, address queries regarding legal/documentation processes, and assist through to deal closure.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Market Expertise: In-depth knowledge of New Gurugram sectors (Sectors 76–95, Dwarka Expressway, Southern Peripheral Road, SPR, and surrounding areas).
- Track Record: Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales, channel sales, or property advisory in Gurgaon.
- Field Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for field visits and site showings across Gurgaon.
- Communication: Fluency in Hindi and working knowledge of English, with robust persuasion and interpersonal skills.
- Goal Orientation: Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a dynamic sales environment.
