Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹35,000 per month fixed salary + performance-based incentives

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Real Estate Tele caller to join our team on an immediate joining basis.

The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in real estate tele calling and should be comfortable handling property leads, conducting follow-ups, understanding customer requirements, and generating site visits.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective real estate customers.

Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing, property portals, references, and other sources.

Understand customer requirements, budget, location preferences, and property expectations.

Provide customers with accurate information about projects, properties, pricing, amenities, location, and payment plans.

Qualify leads based on customer requirements and purchase intent.

Generate and schedule site visits for interested customers.

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers and ensure timely lead updates.

Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and further customer follow-ups.

Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, lead status, and follow-up activities in the CRM or lead management system.

Work towards achieving telecalling, lead qualification, and site visit targets.





Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers throughout the sales process.

Candidate Requirements

2 to 3 years of experience specifically in real estate tele calling is required.

Candidates with experience in residential real estate projects will be preferred.

Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident and persuasive telephone communication.

Robust follow-up and customer handling skills.

Ability to understand customer requirements and identify genuine sales opportunities.

Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Basic knowledge of CRM systems, lead management, and MS Office.

Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups in an organized manner.

Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.

Salary and Incentives

Fixed salary of ₹15,000 to ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
