- Assists the sales team by coordinating essential administrative tasks such as order processing, inventory management, tracking delivery schedules for timely fulfillment, organizing and optimizing schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements to ensure effective time management and enhance customer engagement.
- Updates and maintains comprehensive sales documentation, ensures meticulous handling of sales orders for accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and records data based on information received, ensuring all entries are accurate and submitted within required timeframes.
- Helps to maintain the integrity and accuracy of the CRM database, verifies pricing accuracy, contract terms, and other sales-related documents, regularly updating customer profiles and interactions to support personalized sales strategies.
- Analyzes sales data and market trends to generate actionable insights and reports,



supports in the research of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth and market expansion.
