Job Summary:
The Customer Relations Executive is responsible for managing client interactions throughout the property lifecycle—from inquiry to post-sale service. The role focuses on building strong relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling queries related to property purchases, documentation, and possession.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction & Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients (pre-sales and post-sales)
- Provide accurate information about projects, pricing, and policies

2. Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term relationships with buyers and investors
- Ensure a smooth customer journey from booking to possession
- Handle client expectations and deliver consistent communication

3. Documentation & Coordination
- Assist customers with booking forms, agreements, and legal documentation
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and sales teams
- Ensure timely updates on payment schedules and project status

4. Complaint Handling & Escalation
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly




- Escalate critical concerns to senior management when necessary
- Maintain records of complaints and resolutions

5. CRM & Data Management
- Update and maintain customer records in CRM systems
- Track interactions, follow-ups, and service requests
- Generate reports on customer satisfaction and feedback

6. Post-Sales Service
- Manage possession processes and handover formalities
- Assist with registration and documentation queries
- Ensure after-sales support and customer retention

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1-5 years of experience in real estate customer service or CRM
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of real estate processes and documentation
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
