The Telecaller is responsible for communicating with customers over the phone to generate leads, promote products or services, handle inquiries, and support sales or customer service functions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound & Inbound Calls
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries
- Explain products/services clearly to customers
2. Lead Generation & Sales
- Identify and qualify leads
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain positive relationships with customers
- Record customer details and interactions in CRM systems
- Address customer concerns and resolve basic issues
4. Data & Reporting
- Maintain call logs and update databases
- Provide daily reports on calls and conversions
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass or graduate
- Positive communication skills (Hindi/English/regional language)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Persuasive and convincing ability
- Patience and positive attitude
KPIs / Performance Metrics
- Number of calls made/handled
- Lead conversion rate
- Sales target achievement
- Customer satisfaction
Experience Requirements
- 1-2 years (freshers can apply)
- Prior calling or customer service experience is a plus
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
