Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a qualified and courteous manner. Handle query resolution efficiently through chat and call channels. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the relevant department. Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Update customers with product information, order status, and promotional offers.
