Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader based in Kakinada. The Team Leader will oversee daily operations, manage and motivate team members, and ensure efficient execution of tasks to achieve business goals. Responsibilities include planning, delegating tasks, monitoring performance, addressing challenges, and fostering strong team collaboration while maintaining clear communication with management and providing feedback. The Team Leader will also focus on implementing best practices and ensuring overall team compliance with company policies.





Qualifications
- Solid leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in planning, supervising, and managing daily operations
- Ability to assess performance metrics, delegate tasks, and provide constructive feedback
- Experience working within the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
- Ability to ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical /Automobile, or a related field is preferred
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to work on-site in Kakinada
