Job description

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
- Clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs using manual and electric appliances
- Prepare dishes for customers within the stipulated time.
- Operating and managing the Chinese section of the kitchen.
- Ability to produce all type of Chinese food dishes.
- Follows standard procedures at all times & ensure hygiene, quality, taste and presentation standards.
- Check & ensure that the ingredients used are as per company standards.
- Maintain the standard recipe at all times and be demanding and critical when it comes to food quality.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
- Cooking: 3 years (preferred)
