Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable.
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting.
- Maintain visitor logs and security procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including filing and data entry.
- Assist with basic office management tasks, such as ordering supplies.




- Ensure a smooth flow of communication within the office.
- Handle inquiries from clients and visitors with courtesy and efficiency.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Pleasing personality
- Basic computer knowledge

Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduation
- Experience: 0-2 years (Real Estate/Hospitality preferred)
