HIRING - Sales Executives — Helmets & Auto Accessories

Job Location: Kolkata

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive dealer and retail network expansion across West Bengal
- Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and market coverage across your territory
- Generate secondary sales and achieve monthly billing targets
- Report daily secondary sales data and distributor-wise offtake via the company tracking system
- Own your territory — daily market visits with full accountability for coverage

Required Skills:
- Graduate with 1-4 years of retail / distribution sales experience
- Solid knowledge of the West Bengal market; Kolkata base is mandatory
- Proficiency in Bengali (spoken) is essential




- Experience in automobile ancillary / auto accessories / helmets is a strong advantage
- Own two-wheeler with valid driving licence preferred
- Self-driven, street-smart, and strong in relationship building
- Comfortable with extensive field travel across the state
