Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive who will be responsible for managing online marketplace operations, product listings, and order coordination. The role involves ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across platforms such as Amazon and the company website, while supporting sales growth through effective execution and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Operations

Manage product listings on platforms such as Amazon and company website.
Ensure product information including titles, descriptions, images, and pricing is accurate and updated.
Monitor listing health, visibility, and performance across platforms.

2. Order & Inventory Coordination





Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for order processing and dispatch.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability across platforms.
Track order status and resolve issues related to fulfillment and delivery.

3. Content & Listing Optimization

Optimize product listings using keywords, images, and structured content.
Update product descriptions and content to improve conversions.
Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives and A+ content.

4. Performance Tracking & Reporting

Track sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Analyze data and provide insights to improve sales and listing performance.

5. Customer & Marketplace Coordination

Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and feedback on marketplaces.
Coordinate with customer support teams for issue resolution.
