The Career Counsellor is responsible for guiding students and job seekers in making informed career decisions. This role involves understanding individual aspirations, assessing strengths, and providing practical, personalized career advice aligned with current industry trends.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions
- Assess individuals’ interests, skills, and career goals
- Provide guidance on suitable career paths, courses, and opportunities
- Help individuals overcome confusion and make confident decisions
- Stay updated with industry trends, job markets, and emerging careers
- Conduct seminars, workshops, and career awareness programs
- Maintain accurate counselling records and follow-ups
- Collaborate with academic, training, or placement teams

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Psychology, Education, HR, or related field preferred)
- Certification in counselling (added advantage)
- 1-3+ years of experience in counselling / education / advisory roles
