Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
- Develop cost estimates, BOQs, and DPRs for building and infrastructure projects.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
- Assist in tender preparation, bid evaluation, and contract documentation as per government procedures.
- Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports and cash flow statements.
- Verify contractor bills, measurements, and RA bills as per site progress.
- Ensure compliance with CPWD / PWD / सरकारी norms and standards.
- Conduct site visits for measurement verification and progress assessment.
- Assist in variation orders, extra item analysis, and claims management.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:




- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- 3-8 years of experience in building construction and government projects.
- Experience in DPR preparation and tendering process is preferred.

Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and rate analysis.
- Familiarity with CPWD / PWD Schedule of Rates (SOR).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
- Valuable understanding of contract conditions (EPC / Item Rate / Lump Sum).
- Robust analytical and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
