? What You'll Do:
Project & Delivery Management ✅ Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with engineering leads and US healthcare clients ✅ Manage timelines, resource allocation,
and budget tracking/forecasting across concurrent workstreams ✅ Maintain visibility into cross-team dependencies and risks; escalate early and drive resolution ✅ Report on project velocity, risks, and KPIs to leadership and external stakeholders.
Agile & Scrum Facilitation
? Facilitate core Agile ceremonies — daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, retrospectives
? Proactively identify and remove impediments; shield developers from external noise and context-switching
? Coach the team on Agile principles, self-organization, and continuous improvement — this team is still maturing its practices, not maintaining an inherited playbook
? Partner closely with Product Owners on backlog refinement and prioritization
Healthcare & Technical Context
? Build enough fluency in US healthcare workflows (scheduling, dispatch, EMR integration, HIPAA-relevant data handling) to translate clinical and compliance requirements into actionable sprint work ? Understand enough about Data & AI concepts to plan realistic timelines and flag technical risk early
