Job Description: Sales Officer

Reporting To: ASM / RSM
Educational Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Additional Qualification: Basic Computer Knowledge
Experience Level: 4 to 8 Years
Relevant Experience: Strong knowledge of local market/geography

Key Result Areas (KRAs) & Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new retailers and distributors in the assigned area
- Drive sales growth by generating leads, qualifying prospects, negotiating deals, and closing sales
- Manage Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities to increase product off-take and enhance customer engagement
- Achieve both Primary and Secondary sales targets
- Ensure market penetration and availability of the product across the territory





Job Profile (Roles & Responsibilities):
- Responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring product availability in the assigned area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
- Negotiate terms of business and close deals effectively.
- Conduct market visits, attend meetings, participate in sales events, and stay updated on industry trends.
- Maintain and update the client database regularly.
- Ensure execution of GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy as per company policy
- Collect market and competitor data and provide insights to management.
- Expand product reach (depth and width) across retail channels.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
