Key Responsibilities: Unit Incharge
- Plan, organize, and oversee day-to-day operations within the assigned unit.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to optimize unit performance.
- Establish and enforce quality control measures to uphold product standards.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Any Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience of 4+ year in jewelry industry.
- Robust leadership abilities with good speaking skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
