About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled React Native Developer with 5 to 7 years of experience in mobile and web application development to join our dynamic team at Mphasis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications specifically for iOS platforms using React Native.

In addition, the role involves building and enhancing responsive web applications utilizing React.js. The developer will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver scalable, user-friendly, and performant applications. Exposure to backend integration, API development, and DevOps practices will be advantageous, enabling the candidate to contribute to end-to-end solution delivery and continuous deployment processes.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of software development experience,



with a strong emphasis on React Native and React.js frameworks. Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, and API integration (RESTful and GraphQL) is essential.

Candidates should have demonstrated experience in developing responsive, scalable web applications and mobile solutions, with a solid understanding of mobile architecture, state management, and lifecycle management. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, along with problem-solving and debugging skills, is required. Additional qualifications include experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and a proactive approach to learning new technologies.

Responsibilities
