Position: RCI Clinical Psychologist

Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Working Days: 6 days a week

Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical experience

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹55,000 per month

Qualification: M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology preferred / M.A. in Clinical Psychology

About the Role

Mindsight Clinic is looking for an experienced and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our team at our Malad West clinic. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling clients across different age groups and have strong clinical assessment and counselling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct individual counselling sessions for clients across all age groups , including children, adolescents and adults.
- Conduct couple and family counselling sessions where appropriate.
- Assess clients' psychological and emotional concerns and develop suitable intervention plans.
- Administer, score and interpret psychological assessments as per standard protocols.
- Prepare clear and comprehensive psychological assessment reports.
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records and documentation.
- Provide evidence-based psychological interventions based on the client's needs.
- Monitor client progress and modify interventions when required.
- Coordinate with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals when required.




- Conduct psychoeducation and mental health awareness sessions/workshops as required.
- Maintain professional, ethical and client-centred standards at all times.

Clinical Assessment Skills Candidates should have good knowledge and practical exposure to clinical and psychological testing , including, but not limited to:

- MCMI
- TAT (Thematic Apperception Test)
- ROR (Rorschach/Inkblot assessment)
- Other relevant psychological and clinical assessments

Solid knowledge of test administration, scoring, interpretation and report writing will be an advantage.

Candidate Profile

- Strong counselling and clinical assessment skills
- Experience working with clients across different age groups
- Good knowledge of psychological testing and assessment
- Strong case conceptualisation and report-writing skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, empathetic and ethical approach
- Ability to work independently as well as as part of a multidisciplinary team

Interview Process The selection process will involve approximately 3–4 rounds of interviews , including clinical/technical discussions and interactions with the management team.
