Position: Radiology Quality Analyst & PACS Workflow Coordinator

Ezewok Healthcare is looking for a Radiology Quality Analyst & PACS Workflow Coordinator to help manage radiology reporting workflows and coordinate effectively with radiologists, diagnostic centers, and clients.

This is an operations and coordination-focused role that requires ownership, attention to detail, strong follow-up, and the ability to identify and resolve workflow issues proactively.

Key Responsibilities

- Review radiology reports before submission and identify formatting errors, demographic mismatches, missing information, and client-specific requirements.
- Work across multiple PACS and reporting platforms.
- Monitor reporting queues and ensure studies are delivered within defined TAT.
- Coordinate with radiologists regarding pending reports, revisions, and urgent cases.
- Communicate professionally with diagnostic centers and clients regarding workflow updates and requirements.
- Maintain accurate tracking of pending, completed, and escalated cases.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with radiologists, doctors,



diagnostic centers, and internal teams.
- Identify workflow gaps and proactively coordinate solutions to minimize delays.
