Eligibility

Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process. Basic Technical Support experience is mandatory. Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge in SAAS. Looking for Immediate Joiners Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance to international customers. Diagnose and resolve technical issues with a focus on first-call resolution.
