POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications & Experience

- Mandatory – Radiography Testing Level I certification from BARC or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in radiography operations, preferably in industrial CT or X-ray testing.
- Basic understanding of radiation safety procedures and awareness of AERB regulations. Experience in using software tools like Polyworks, VG Studio, and other radiography-related applications.

Knowledge & Competencies

- Robust understanding of radiographic testing methods, including equipment setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of radiation physics, exposure limits, and safety protocols.
- Familiarity with CT machines, X-ray equipment, and calibration procedures.
- Ability to analyze and interpret radiographic data accurately.

Soft Skills

- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in work.
- Ability to communicate effectively and generate clear reports.
- Good teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Proactive in identifying issues and providing solutions.
- Safety-conscious and capable of following protocols diligently.

POSITION FUNCTIONS

- Operate and set up radiographic equipment (CT machines, X-ray tubes, etc.), ensuring correct calibration before use.
- Perform radiographic testing on parts as per standards,



accurately measuring and analyzing results.
- Generate and review radiographic reports using software like VG Studio and Polyworks.

JOB TITLE: Radiographer

- Ensure proper handling of parts, using fixtures and clamps to prevent damage during testing.
- Maintain and monitor radiation safety, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and wear the TLD badge during operations.
- Report and document any machine breakdowns or technical issues, ensuring prompt repair and minimal downtime.
- Maintain and organize work areas according to 5S principles, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
- Communicate any operational challenges or part defects to the team, and work collaboratively to resolve issues.
- Adhere to AERB safety regulations and internal safety standards during radiographic operations.
- Follow emergency procedures when necessary and immediately report any incidents or radiation exposure concerns.
- Continuously update knowledge of radiographic techniques and safety regulations.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
