- Quantity surveyor with Engineering CIVIL & MEP Services with Pharmaceutical background with SAP knowledge
- Take physical measurements of the work done
- Check the physical measurements (qty) with bills raised
- Check the rates billed are in line with the underlying orders (ARC / POs / Contracts / Capital Projects etc.)
- Keep track of the running bills and the final bills / invoices
- Advice billing formats with the vendors (to ensure uniformity)
- Re-measurement of quantities.
- Reconciliation of the quantities
- Measurement, verification and certification.
- Advice Finance for the payments
- Preparation of monthly MIS for the management (covering the status of bills and other observations)
Qualifications
- BE Mechanical / Civil (8 to 10 yrs of experience)
