Key Responsibilities

- Monitor compliance with hospital nursing policies, SOPs, protocols, and clinical guidelines.

- Conduct regular nursing quality rounds across wards, ICU, emergency, OT, labour room, dialysis, and other clinical areas.

- Monitor compliance with patient identification, medication safety, fall prevention, pressure injury prevention, hand hygiene, and infection-control practices.

- Conduct regular nursing documentation audits and identify gaps in patient records.

- Monitor nursing care plans, nursing notes, vital charts, medication records, intake-output charts, and other clinical documentation.

- Assist in developing, reviewing, and implementing nursing SOPs, checklists, protocols, and quality documents.

- Monitor compliance with hospital quality and patient-safety standards.

- Collect, monitor, and analyze nursing-related quality indicators.

- Prepare quality reports and submit findings to the Quality Manager / Nursing Superintendent.

- Identify non-conformities and coordinate with concerned departments for corrective and preventive actions.

- Follow up on CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) implementation and closure.

- Participate in internal quality audits and support external/accreditation audits.

- Conduct tracer activities and patient-safety rounds as required.





- Monitor compliance with infection prevention and control practices in nursing areas.

- Coordinate with the Infection Control Nurse / Infection Control Team regarding nursing-related infection-control issues.

- Monitor compliance with biomedical waste segregation and disposal procedures.

- Review and monitor nursing incident reports, medication errors, patient falls, pressure injuries, needle-stick injuries, and other adverse events.

- Assist in root-cause analysis of clinical incidents and support implementation of corrective actions.

- Monitor compliance with emergency preparedness and resuscitation protocols.

- Support patient feedback and complaint analysis related to nursing services.

- Assist in conducting staff training and awareness programs on quality and patient safety.

- Maintain records of audits, observations, corrective actions, training, and quality indicators.

- Participate in Quality Committee / Nursing Quality Committee meetings.

- Promote a culture of patient safety, continuous improvement, and evidence-based nursing practice.

- Perform any other quality- and nursing-related duties assigned by the Quality Head / Nursing Superintendent / Management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
