Overview of the role The Quality System Manager for QMS COE will be based in Bangalore, India. The position will play a crucial role in supporting the Global QMS COE Head by overseeing quality management systems and owning all standardization projects. This position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in quality systems (BRC, FSSC22000, etc.) within the food industry, with at least 5 years at managerial roles.

Advanced knowledge in data analytics, visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) are advantages. This position directly reports to the Global QMS COE head and Regional QFS Lead.

Key Responsibilities

- System Document Standardization: Own and drive all system document standardization projects.
- Responsible for deploying QuEST to all tier 1 sites across product platforms.
- Point of Contact (PIC) for all QuEST communication:



Serve as the primary contact for all QuEST-related communications.
- Project Support: Assist all sites across ofi with global initiatives on the QuEST platform, including DMS, KPI management, Global internal audit, VQM, etc. including providing problem-solving support and training/coaching to site teams on all QuEST projects.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Proactively work with site teams to have data submitted on agreed timelines. Review collected data from all sites to ensure data accuracy. Perform data analysis to provide trends, alerts, and recommendations to the leadership team.
- Audit Coordination: Coordinate with other teams/functions to conduct internal audits, supplier audits, and vendor audits as required.
- Report and Dashboard Preparation: Lead activities related to dashboard optimization and new dashboard creation.

Experience and Qualification

- A degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology or Data Analytics. A master degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in quality systems within the food industry with minimum 5 years in a managerial role.
- Advanced knowledge in data analytics and visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) are advantages.
- Expertise in data science projects, including aggregating, modelling, and analyzing structured and unstructured data from various sources.
- Solid project management skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High level of attention to detail.
