Roles and Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with ISO standards by implementing quality management systems (QMS) across all processes.

- Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and checklists.

- Conduct internal audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve product reliability.

- Analyze data from various sources to track performance metrics such as OEE, TPM, and CFT.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 7-12 years of experience in a similar role within the industrial equipment/machinery industry.

- Bachelor's degree in Computers or related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Robust understanding of QMS principles, auditing techniques, and statistical analysis methods.
