Production Quality Engineer

- Conduct quality checks for raw materials, production processes and finished precast concrete products.
- Perform pre-pour and post-pour formwork inspections and reinforcement checks against BBS.
- Verify finished products against technical specifications, standards and internal SOPs.
- Maintain test records, inspection reports, pour cards, checklists and batch sheets.
- Identify non-conformities and coordinate RCA, CAPA and corrective actions with production teams.
- Coordinate with Production and other cross-functional teams to ensure quality compliance.
- Conduct customer/project site visits as required.
- Knowledge of SCC and SCC design mix will be an added advantage.
- Conduct pre-dispatch inspection of finished goods, including finishing and identification as per SOP.

Field Quality Engineer

- Conduct pre-pour, post-pour and final inspections of moulds, reinforcement, accessories and finished products.




- Perform routine product inspection and testing as per approved quality standards and checklists.
- Identify product defects and guide workers regarding repair and corrective actions.
- Inspect repaired products and approve them after ensuring required quality standards are met.
- Verify accessories, dimensions and product specifications before dispatch.
- Maintain inspection, loading, product repair and quality records.
- Coordinate with Production and Logistics teams for stockyard placement and dispatch.
- Conduct product repair and quality inspections at project sites.
- Prepare daily site repair and quality reports and communicate quality issues to the concerned teams.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and train trainee engineers on inspection and repair practices.
