Position: Quality Engineer (MFG unit 1)

Location: Bangalore Machohalli - Magadi main road Bangalore

Cadmaxx MFG1 designs and manufactures high-performance fluid control systems, including Descale Valves & Cartridges, High-Pressure Check Valves, Pressure Relief Valves, and Descaling Headers. Quality Engineer with 1-5 years of manufacturing experience.

Experience: 1-5 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related field.





Key Responsibilities:

- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection as per drawings and specifications.
- Use Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge and other measuring instruments.
- Handle NCR, rejection, RCA, 5 Why, Fishbone, 8D and CAPA.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Maintenance, suppliers and customers for quality issues.
- Maintain inspection, calibration, NCR, CAPA and quality records.
- Monitor and reduce rejection, rework, scrap, and customer complaints.
- Support supplier quality and continuous improvement activities.
- Prepare quality reports using MS Excel.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and relevant quality procedures.
